It actually starts with respect for the coach and respect for the player. You should know your team and each individual player. Quite a lot of the games the pitchers did very well and had no help defensively or offensively, so I would be quick to judge that pitching was always the problem. I would also like to add that everyone is so high on the next class. Don't think stats in high school automatically makes you a super star in college.
